Faulty Items

Faulty items can be returned within 90 days of purchase date. Should you receive a faulty item please contact Mailorder Customer Services by email at mailorder@alaskanbeer.com or by phone on 907-780-5944 with  a brief statement of the issue and your preferred contact method. Faulty items will be refunded in full including all shipping charges.

Please include a brief description of the issue and a customer service representative will be in touch within 48 hours of package arrival. Unless otherwise specified, money back returns will go onto the credit card given during the online purchase. A customer service representative will contact you electronically or by phone to confirm transaction.
